Ten Things You'll Relate To If You Have An Anxiety Disorder

Most people with an anxiety disorder can relate to a few different things. Whether it's how you feel every day, dealing with prescriptions or people who tell you that you "aren't sick", we all can relate to some extent.

    1. When you realize today is your last day of pills and tomorrow is Sunday.

    2. You would have been able to completely pay off your student loan by now if you got $1 for every time someone told you that you don't need medications.

    3. When you tell people about your disorder and they tell you to "just stop worrying".

    4. Being misdiagnosed with ADHD, but your anxiety disorder just mimics some of the symptoms.

    5. You can't even count how many times they switched your medications on both hands.

    6. You ask yourself several times a day if it's your disorders thinking or if it's your logical side.

    7. You have other people order food for you whenever possible.

    8. That mini heart-attack you get every time someone calls your phone.

    9. But then they text you with "I have a question" and you don't respond out of fear then wonder if you're a good friend or not.

    10. When you finally meet someone you can relate with and you both understand each other and share similar experiences.
