Could Colleges Be Doing Everything In Their Power To Help Prevent Campus Rapes

23 Percent of college females experience rape or sexual assault through physical force, violence, or incapacitation. That is almost half of the female population on college campuses. Could Officials on these campuses be doing everything possible to help prevent these rapes? Most colleges have campus police but they are not trained on procedures to take in the situation of a rape on campus. Due to these campus polices not being trained in this area, it opens a vent for suspects to assault women, allowing the population of assaulted victims to increase.
