Old or new, here are 10 underrated songs by South-Korean boy band Bangtan Boys (BTS)!

1. A Supplementary Story: You Never Walk Alone

"A Supplementary Story: You Never Walk Alone" is the final track on the WINGS Extended - You Never Walk Alone album, released on February 14, 2017.

Although from the newest album, this slower tempo song has managed to fall under the radar from the hype of the title (and music video accompanied) tracks, Spring Day (봄날) and NOT TODAY. However this is not a track that should be skipped!

The consistent, powerful and yet beautiful rap by J-Hope, Rap Monster and SUGA (also Suga's "sing-rapping" at the beginning!) followed by the brilliant harmonies of the vocal line Jin, Jimin, V and Jungkook! Not to mention the amazing development/progression of the instrumental track throughout the duration of the song that gets you hyped before the sudden "calm" feeling in the last few seconds.

2. Outro: Circle Room Cypher

"Outro: Circle Room Cypher" is the final track on their debut single album 2 Cool 4 Skool, released on June 12, 2013.

This track is a bit arguable to place as a proper "song" as this track is more like an auditory clip of the 7 members having an impromptu cypher* battle using a beat that member SUGA had created. Although not technically a "song", this track is quite catchy and really rather hilarious and adorable to hear the vocal line jump in on rapping a verse.

*A "cypher" for those who don't know is often a type of freestyle rap battle using a single beat where each person goes directly one after the other.

3. Just One Day (하루만)

"Just One Day (하루만)" is a track on the Skool Luv Affair album, released on February 12, 2014.

Although this song was also accompanied by a music video which currently sits at 48.9 million views, this song sadly did not hold to the tests of time for many of the A.R.M.Y. Perhaps the slow tempo pace wasn't majority of the fan's cup of tea.

However, this is a beautifully written, composed and produced song about having "just one day" with the person you like even if it may not lead to the ending you want. The simplicity of the music video really lets you take in all the harmonies, piano and changes in the beat, unlike other BTS MV's which may require a lot more of your visual attention.

4. Coffee

"Coffee" is a track on the first mini album O!RUL8,2?, released on September 11, 2013.

Being one of BTS's earlier songs, it's not a surprise that this song had fallen under the radar, however fans should really give it another listen if they haven't in a while! This song is a very pleasant and almost "lovely" sounding song due to the soft chorus. Although this song was not heavily promoted in music shows, it was performed a few times live on radio shows and a Japan showcase.

5. INTRODUCTION: YOUTH

"Introduction: Youth" is the first/intro track on the second Japanese studio album YOUTH, released on September 7, 2016.

This track is a very unique one. It begins with member/leader Rap Monster speaking a passage in English. But what makes this song so great? It's a brilliantly remixed mash up of some of BTS's top hits!

6. We On

"We On" is a track on the first mini album O!RUL8,2?, released on September 11, 2013.

We On is another track from early on that did not receive much promotion during the album release. The beat is very smooth and easy to get lost in while tapping your foot or nodding your head along to the song. Not to mention that the chorus is super catchy! Even without knowing the words, you can't help but hum along.

7. Where Did You Come From? (어디에서 왔는지)

"Where Did You Come From? (어디에서 왔는지) " is a track on the Skool Luv Affair album, released on February 12, 2014.

This track is a lot more "bubbly" and happy-go-lucky than majority of the other songs released by BTS. Despite the lyrics you'll be able to get this type of feeling just from the way they express it through their voice. This is one of those songs that just make one smile and dance, swaying in their chair. Another thing to talk about is the live stage performance of this song, with the absence of heavy choreography in comparison to their other songs, it allows the members to walk around the entire stage to interact with different areas of the audience.

8. Path/Road (길)

"Path/Road (길)" is a hidden track on their debut single album 2 Cool 4 Skool, released on June 12, 2013.

Being a hidden track, again, it's not surprising that it fell under the radar although they did perform this song live. This song is very emotional as they lyrics speak about the struggles of youth, finding your way through life and having to choose a "path" to take towards your future. The lyrics are written beautifully, expressing the members struggles, fears and doubts that they carried throughout their time before their debut. Path is one of those track that you just can't ignore.
