Our inboxes are filled with emails we signed up to receive, but don't always want. Hotmail calls these emails "graymail" that make up 80% of a typical inbox. Sometimes you want it, sometimes you don't. They often prevent us from getting to the stuff that's really important to us. But thanks to Hotmail, there is now a way to separate the two.
