What inspired the change? One may never know. But what we do know is that Waves is the album of THE LIFE.

Maybe Kanye will take the sentimental route with this perfect 'gram of him and Nori.
Maybe he'll keep it minimal like Yeezus, with a simple graphic.
He's an artsy dude, so maybe he'll go for some The Great Wave-esque artwork.
Or maybe instead of water waves he's got sound waves on his mind.
But if you ask me, I think he should go with this:
