One popular way of enjoying the cookie is with a Tim Tam Slam, which involves biting off the ends of the biscuit and using it as a 'straw' to drink a warm beverage.

The Netherlands are pretty well known for their delectable stroopwafels.

Stroopwafels are caramel-filled waffle sandwiches and they're delicious for breakfast, as a snack, and as a dessert. Placing 'em over a hot cup of tea like in the picture above will get the caramel filling perfectly gooey.

In some countries, cookies are actually called "biscuits." In Belgium, one of the most popular biscuits is Speculoos.
