5 Winter Cocktails You Can Keep Enjoying After The Holidays

1. CRANBERRY MULE (SERVES 10)

​What You Need:​

15 oz Ketel One Vodka

5 oz Lime Juice

Ginger Beer

Cranberries and rosemary for garnish

How To Make It: Combine the vodka and lime juice in a carafe filled with ice. Add ginger beer to fill and stir lightly. Serve in a copper mug and garnish with cranberries and rosemary.

2. Classic Dark and Stormy

What You Need:

2 oz. apple cider

2 oz. dark rum

4 oz. ginger beer

1 lime, cut in half

How To Make It: Combine apple cider, rum, ginger beer, and juice of half of the lime in a cocktail shaker or tall glass and stir until combined. Cut the other half of the lime into wedges, and serve in a tall glass over ice.

3. Kahlúa Espresso Martini

What You Need:​

1 part Kahlúa

1 part Absolut Vodka

1 part Espresso

Simple syrup to taste

How To Make It: Shake the Kahlua, Absolut Vodka, and espresso together with plenty of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass to get rid of any small ice chips. Serve immediately. Hint: shake for an additional 10 seconds for extra frothiness.

4. Winter Margarita

What You Need:

1 oz reposado (slightly aged) tequila

1 oz mezcal (like Del Maguey Vida)

1 oz lime juice

.75 oz simple syrup

1 egg white

How To Make It: Shake ingredients without ice, then shake again with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and serve up with a salted rim.

5. Aged Rum Daiquiri

What You Need:

2 oz aged rum (like Diplomatico Venezuelan)

1 oz fresh lime juice

.75 oz simple syrup

How To Make It: Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Serve up with no garnish.
