    Ghost peppers have REALLY taken off, and aren't you happy about it? You KNOW when you've encountered a new craze when fast food joints start using an ingredient to pimp their "cuisine". If you'd rather skip the fast food line and get that heat at home, here's a super easy hot sauce to make at home with plenty of ghost pepper awesomeness.

    Ingredients

    * 1 tablespoon olive oil

    * 6 bhut ghost peppers, chopped

    * 1 small onion, diced

    * 2 tomatoes, chopped

    * 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

    * 1 teaspoon salt

    * ½ cup water
