Why Are You Single?

Your last relationship took a lot out of you. You probably have given your all in your last relationship, and probably to someone who didn't deserve it. You held a lot of emotional space, and you tried to ride it out. You probably made exception after exception, for each excuse after excuse. It ultimately, just didn't work out. In all you effort to make it work, you most likely ended up burnt out and emotionally flat-lined. You might be suffering from a case (or several) of the unrequited "Fuck Boy or Fuck Girl Syndrome" It's possible that you have gone through a series of relationships of this nature. You may currently be single because you are taking a much needed break from being in a relationship. You might be enjoying just living for you, on your own terms, taking care of your emotional and energetic health. You might even be taking a breather to work out your pain and trauma, or any residual baggage associated with the relationship you were in. Continue to heal and work on clearing toxins in your heart, and achieving inner peace and balance before you even think about getting out there again.

Your Ex was probably caught cheating or got caught in a lie, that ultimately ended the relationship. You might have been heart broken over this break up. There was an issue with trust or the lack there of. This either caught you as a shock, or you had a feeling about it all along.
