10 Riverdale Spin Offs That NEED To Be Made

This is for the Editorial Fellowship. With the popularity of the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Katy Keene about to start Riverdale and its spinoffs are in high demand. And I demand more! Here are my ideas of shows I would definitely watch.

1. Tales Of The Speakeasy

Veronica operates a Speakeasy because what teen doesn't. Think of this spinoff in the same vein as Cheers. There can be the regulars at the speakeasy who are always cracking jokes and drinks. I feel like a lot happens at this speakeasy that we never get to see. Plus, Reggie can be the bartender and more Reggie is always a good thing.

2. Cheryl and Toni's Road Trip

We all have been waiting for a Thelma & Louise remake but one where we get to watch them kiss; Now we have Cheryl and Toni. Imagine watching them drive in a red convertible, hair flowing in the wind, kisses being shared at red lights. Exploring the road and their relationship.

3. Kevin Puts On A Musical

Remember Glee? Smash? Now it's time for The Cw to present the next great musical tv show. Why wait for one episode a season when every episode can be a musical? Kevin Keller wants to direct the greatest musical the town of Riverdale has ever seen that doesn't end with a cast member murdered. Can he do it? Can he sing three solos every episode? Make it happen.

4. Hal Cooper Confession Tapes

True crime is everywhere. Nothing is more chilling that listening to Ted Bundy talk about his crimes; well nothing until Hal Cooper came along. Hal Cooper is an evil man with plenty of excuses and angry motives. Listen to them all as he explains his crimes while stock images of Hal flood the screen.

5. Pop's Diner

Pop's Diner may not always be packed but what it has is a crew who can make you laugh, cry, and scream. They not only serve milkshakes but they also serve drama. Each episode ends with Pop giving sage advice. This is a show that will teach you to love and how to cook a burger on a flat top grill.

6. Riverdale Night Lights

I want more shirtless football practice sequences. I want the river vixens dancing. I want coolers of gatorade flung on to older men. The boys of Riverdale need an outlet, a place they can escape the harsh realities of their environment and learn to be men. No better place than the football field.

7. Blossom Maple Farms

The CW

A period piece set in 1941 when the Maple Farm was founded. This spinoff is a gritty crime drama following the Blossom's creating their empire. Gang wars, police raids, and just that unpleasant feeling of being sticky from maple syrup. This one's for the adults who watch.

8. Sisters Of Quiet Mercy

Looking for something to watch after The Haindmaid's Tale? Look no further than, The Sisters of Quiet Mercy. This show makes you ask questions. Who do you root for? What do they believe in? Am I in danger? The Sisters of Quiet Mercy will haunt you.

9. Fangs And Sweet Pea And The World

Fangs and Sweet Pea is your next quirky buddy comedy. These two are always getting in to trouble but it's the way they get out that'll make you laugh. Fangs and Sweet Pea love a good time just as much as they love each other. Watch them figure out how to become adults while bumbling through the rest of high school.

10. 10 More Seasons Of Riverdale!

I love a good spin off but truly none of them would exist if it wasn't for Riverdale. The OG has everything that's great about television and I just need it to continue airing. I can't wait to watch Riverdale with my children in 20 years.
