Ten minutes in the oven and you're in heaven.
Aligot is a glorious specialty of mashed potatoes mixed with lots of cheese, and it's as delicious as it looks.
(Or, you know, just a couple of days, depending on your mood.)
I'm not made of money, so I'm gonna pass, but it's nice to know it's an option.
This salted-caramel one, with Belgian chocolate to boot, is infused with bourbon. You can also get an Amaretto-biscuit ice cream, or even mix them up for an extra-boozy dessert!

They're really, really good.
Petits fours are bite-size savory appetizers we usually serve with alcohol for happy hour on special occasions — like birthdays or holidays. This version comes with mini quiches, smoked salmon puffed pastries, and cheese gougères, among other stuff.

It's basically a cake made with butter, sugar, some more butter, and...a little bit more butter for good measure. It's so good, it should be worshipped.
It's not exactly diet-friendly, but it's definitely delicious.
