    A long-time favorite of New Orleans, you can sit on a merry-go-round bar while your bartender makes you a magical cocktail. This whimsical bar has locals and visitors talking about its ambiance and delicious cocktails and has been rated as one of the Top 20 Bars in the World by Vogue Living.

    *Make sure to order a NOLA classic, secret and off the menu, Ramos Gin Fizz cocktail. This beloved cocktail taste like a dreamy orange creamsicle and is shaken for 10 minutes by your bartender to achieve the ideal creaminess.

    This obviously had to be on the list because no trip to New Orleans is complete without a beignet. Tip: CASH only!

    Bourbon Street:

    It is without question you will make your way to Bourbon street and drink your way until sunrise. At night, they completely close the streets off to vehicles where the pedestrians run wild and the frozen drinks keep flowing. Here is your must do on Bourbon:

    • Tropical Isle Bar: Home of New Orleans most powerful drink the Hand Grenade. Served on the rocks or frozen in the classic in their specialty Hand Grenade cups this green delicious drink is the drink to have on Bourbon. Also, home to the Horny Gator and Tropical Itch.

    • Fais Deaux Deaux: Famous for the Hurricane Fishbowl, this 64 oz drink is sweet and strong and keeps the street supplied with it’s to-go bar.

    • Prohibition: Home to the ultimate to-go Huge Ass Beer, this bar serves up a 70 oz beer complete with its own yard cup and straw to sip up all the bubbles.

    • Saints and Sinners: Owned by Channing Tatum himself, this old red-light burlesque hall is not only a bar, but a non-profit that helps charity organizations.

    • Bourbon Street DAIQUIRIS: With a wall of assorted flavors, this bar is stocked with all the frozen daiquiris that’ll keep you cool through the Louisiana heat. Tip: You can order it with an extra shot!

    Cafe Amelie:

    Located in at the 150-year-old Princess of Monaco Courtyard and Carriage House on Royal Street in the French Quarter, this restaurant offers an ambiance you can only dream of with divine Louisiana food. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday, 11am-3pm.

    Cavan:

    A mansion built in 1883 in the Garden District, this restaurant will make you feel like you are dining in the 19th century with classic Coastal American dishes with local ingredients. Brunch offered Friday - Sunday, 10:30am-3pm.

    Mr. B’s Bistro:

    Nestled in the French Quarter, this restaurant delivers an upscale ambiance with mouth-watering dishes. Sunday features Jazz Brunch from 10:30am-2pm.
