1. A Squatty Potty, because poo is nothing new, but this will make your ~stool~ situation way easier.

amazon.com, youtube.com

Promising review: "This thing provided relief INSTANTLY! I take massive amounts of chewable gummy fiber, eat enough vegetables for my entire family, and drink water as if I were an ocean creature... at least 8-10 glasses a day (usually more...much more). If I drink coffee, I have to pee, but that's about it. This stool is the FIRST thing that made this process easier. No struggling. No squirming. No straining. No squeezing. No grimacing. No difficulty. I just GO!" —NoneYa

Get it from Amazon, Jet, or Walmart for $24.99.

2. A phone sterilizer sure to give you peace of mind as it zaps away the germs of the day while you snooze.

amazon.com, amazon.com

Promising review: "This is a great device to sanitize your phone. I am a scientist and I decided to test the effectiveness of this phone by myself. I performed a swab test before and after using this. The picture above shows my results. The top panel shows a swab test from the phone before the UV treatment. The bottom panel shows the swab test on the same phone after five minutes of UV treatment using this. I think the results are pretty convincing." —Francis

amazon.com, amazon.com

Promising review: "I bought this after adopting my adorable and excitable Rottweiler. I was hoping to get some nice pictures to share with friends and guess what?! This thing works! At first, my fiancé mocked me for buying this, but now he sees the great pictures and says this idea is genius. The squeaky function really allows me to capture his attention." —Maranda

Get it from Amazon or Jet for $9.99.

5. An eyelash dye that can take barely-there blonde lashes and make them so black your pupils will look blue.

amazon.com, amazon.com

I have long eyelashes, but I wear glasses which makes me hate using mascara. And here's the problem, those lushes lashes are so blonde that if I don't put on mascara I looked like I've plucked them out. And although blonde lashes are a lovely statement on everyone who loves them, I prefer to have my lashes as black as my clothing. Pitch. I'm too low-maintenance to get extensions, and I want to spend less time on my face in the morning, adding false lashes is way too much work for me. I found this kit, and the minute I tried it for the first time, I was hooked. My eyelashes stay dark for weeks without my adding any mascara at all. It's important to follow the directions exactly, these are your eyes you're working near, but I have never had any problems. Even with the low effort, my vain-ass lashes have gotten plenty of compliments and I'll stick with this stuff until my genes decide to change their mind and give me naturally black lashes.

Get it from Amazon for $15.95 or from Walmart for $19.99.

6. A bar of metal soap for removing strong garlic scents from your hands anytime your vampire pals come around (and pro-tip, reviewers say it works really well as a deodorant too!).

Promising review: "I started noticing after my workouts that no matter how long or hard I scrubbed my armpits, I just couldn't fully get rid of the smell of body odor. I ordered this figuring 'if it can get rid of the smell of onions and garlic, then maybe it can get rid of body odor.' Let me tell you, this thing is like magic. After scrubbing my pits with soap, I rub them with this bar for a a few seconds and BOOM! All hints of body odor are gone. I definitely recommend this product!" —CoreyGet it from Amazon or Jet for $11.47.

Each pair of glasses is slightly tinted to filter out the intense blue light of computer and phone screens. Amazon reviewers are crazy about them, with over 1,000 positive reviews. And you can read BuzzFeed's full review here.

Promising review: "These are exactly what was advertised. They are lightly tinted but still remove a decent amount of blue light; see my photo where the computer's space-theme desktop looks gray behind the lens. They are lightweight and quite comfortable for me. And my wife even says they look good on me, too. I am going to buy another pair for my work office." —Donald Sensing

8. An avocado tool to help you worship (I mean, prepare) everyone's favorite millennial fruit.

amazon.com

This slicer lifts your avocado goods from the skin in seven pieces and the added sides split, pit, and slice for the perfect avocado with no hassle or mess.

Promising review: "Avocado? Yes, Please! This tool is awesome. It's easy to cut open the fruit. The pit remover works well, you just push onto the pit and give it a twist, and the pit pops right out. The best part is the slicer. It makes beautiful slices for a great presentation. The tool can then be used to scrape any remaining fruit out of the skin. I'm really happy I bought this tool!" —NPR MAN

Promising review: "I have been fighting the fabric pills all winter. I have used an actual razor, a sweater stone, even broke out my tiny embroidery scissors trying to get rid of ugly pills. I finally broke down and admitted defeat and bought this gadget, and I am so glad I did. I tried it on my husband' s hat, which is a black cotton/tweed that he's had for ages. It looked awful. It was covered in pills and was fuzzy beyond belief. After three minutes with this shaver it looked brand new! He couldn't believe that it was his hat! He accused me of throwing his out and buying a new one to replace it. It worked as equally as well on my couch, a pair of fleece pajama pants, and my favorite cable stitched sweater. No issues at all with fabric catching or tearing. I am thoroughly pleased with this gadget and I'm planning on buying one for everyone for Christmas stocking stuffers next year!" —Winter Lilly
