Simple Syrup
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Preparation:
1. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan.
2. Bring to a gentle boil just until the sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally.
3. Cool completely before using.
PINEAPPLE DAIQUIRI
Servings: 2 (32 oz total)
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 cup ice
3 oz MalibuĀ® Pineapple Rum 1 oz simple syrup
1ā4 cup lime juice
1ā4 cup coconut water
Preparation:
1. Add frozen pineapple, ice, MalibuĀ® Pineapple Rum, simple syrup, lime juice, and coconut water to a blender.
2. Blend at high speed until smooth.
3. Divide between 2 glasses and garnish with a pineapple slice.
HONEYDEW LIME DAIQUIRI
Servings: 2 (32 oz total)
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen honeydew melon 1 cup ice
3 oz MalibuĀ® Lime Rum
1 oz simple syrup
Juice of 1 lime
Preparation:
1. Add frozen honeydew, ice, MalibuĀ® Lime Rum, simple syrup, and lime juice to a
blender.
2. Blend at high speed until smooth.
3. Make an optional garnish by using a small star cookie cutter to cut a piece of melon and place on the rim of the daiquiri.
MANGO DAIQUIRI
Servings: 2 (32 oz total)
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen mango
1 cup ice
1ā2 cup coconut milk
3 oz MalibuĀ® Mango Rum 1 oz simple syrup
Preparation:
1. Add frozen mango, ice, coconut milk, MalibuĀ® Mango Rum, and simple syrup to a blender.
2. Blend at high speed until smooth.
3. Make an optional garnish with a few spears of fresh mango, or some chopped
mango floated on top.
PASSION FRUIT DAIQUIRI
Servings: 2 (32 oz total)
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 cup ice
3 oz MalibuĀ® Passion Fruit Rum 1 oz simple syrup
1ā4 cup lime juice
1ā4 cup pineapple juice
1ā4 cup frozen raspberries
Preparation:
1. Add frozen pineapple, ice, MalibuĀ® Passion Fruit Rum, simple syrup, and pineapple juice to a blender.
2. Blend at high speed until smooth.
3. Fill each glass 3ā4 of the way full, reserving the rest of the mixture in the blender.
4. Add the raspberries to the remaining mixture in the blender and blend again until smooth.
5. Fill up the rest of the glasses with the raspberry mixture.
6. Garnish with fresh raspberries or passion fruit.
