1. You Are Beautiful

You are beautiful, and smart, and funny. You do not need all the makeup and hair products. Remind yourself you are beautiful everyday and I promise eventually you will feel it which you should. You should believe it because you are.

2. Appreciate The Little Things

There are so many beautiful things in this world. Whether it is a tree blooming, a stranger smiling at you, someone walking their dog. Any little thing can make your day better. For example hold the door for someone, smile at a stranger, give someone a compliment. Once you start spreading positivity, positive things will come.

3. You Are Strong

Take it from Demi herself. Whether it is a home issue, a broken heart, financial issue, or you failed a huge test. You are strong and you will get through it. You made it this far and you are doing so good. Be proud of that. Look at how strong you are.

4. Look Out For Yourself

Sometimes the only person that can make you feel better is yourself. Everyday you need to remind yourself that you are strong and you can do this. You have to find happiness within yourself before you can find it anywhere else. Do this for you, not anyone else.

5. Your Life Is Worth Living

This is the most important. Even on your worst days your life is your life to live. Nobody can live it for you. Push through the hard times because I promise the good times will weigh out all the bad. Remind yourself this everyday. Get to your happy ending.
