1. You Are Not Any Less Than What You Were With Him.

You are still the same person. You are just a little dented and damaged. But you are not any less beautiful, strong, fun, or amazing as you were when you were with him. You are you. And you do not need him.

2. It Is Okay To Cry And Be Sad

Do not feel like you have to pretend to be happy. It is okay not to be okay. You are going through a loss and a heartbreak. Let it out if you don't you'll never be able to let it all go.

3. You Have A Support System

Whether it's your best friend or your mom, there is always someone there for you and there is always a shoulder for you to cry on. You are not alone.

4. You Need To Try And Let The Anger Go

This is the hardest part. You are going to be angry and you are going to be so sad. There is going to be things unsaid and things unanswered. But until you let go of all of those things, you will not find peace. You need to let it all go to be able to move on.

5. This Is Not The End Of Love

"You are just one heartbreak closer to your prince charming." He wasn't the one for you, but someone else is. This was a lesson learned and a chance taken. Your prince is out there and I promise he is coming as fast as he can. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
