One-Pot Spaghetti 4 Ways

Beef Caldereta Spaghetti

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup minced onion

¼ cup carrot, grated

¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped

1 red chili, sliced

1 cup corned beef

¼ cup liver spread

1 cup tomato sauce

1/2 cup water

1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®

¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1 tablespoon brown sugar

4 tablespoons Edam cheese, grated

¼ cup coconut cream

¼ cup green peas

¼ kg spaghetti

PROCEDURE:

  1. Sauté garlic, onion, carrot, bell pepper, chili, corned beef, and liver spread in oil.

  2. Pour tomato sauce and water and simmer until thick.

  3. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, and sugar. Stir in 2 tablespoons of cheese, coconut cream, and green peas.

  4. Boil spaghetti according to package direction. Toss in the sauce. Transfer on a serving plate; grate 2 tablespoons of cheese on top and serve.



Korean-Style Spaghetti

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS

¼ kilo gram thin slices of pork belly

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, cut into strips

2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)

1/2 cup water

1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

4 tablespoons cheese, grated

¼ kilo grams spaghetti

1 cup shredded napa cabbage

2 teaspoons sesame seeds

1 tablespoon sliced spring onion

¼ cup strips of nori

1 large egg, fried

PROCEDURE:

  1. Sauté pork in oil until golden brown.

  2. Add garlic, onion, and Korean red pepper paste. Pour water, simmer, and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Add sugar, sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons of cheese.

  3. Boil pasta according to package direction. Toss in the sauce with cabbage.

  4. Transfer on a serving plate. Top with sesame seeds, spring onion, nori, cheese, and egg.




Creamy Shrimp Carbonara

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

125 grams sliced bacon

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 pc onion, minced

¼ kg peeled and deveined medium shrimps

1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®

¼ tsp freshly ground pepper

1/2 cup water

375 milliliters Nestlé All Purpose Cream

8 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

¼ kilograms spaghetti

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

PROCEDURE:

  1. Sauté bacon in oil until golden brown. Strain and set aside as topping.

  2. Sauté garlic and onion in the same pan. Add shrimps and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Pour water and Nestlé All Purpose Cream. Stir in 6 tablespoons of parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon of parsley.

  3. Boil spaghetti according to package direction. Toss pasta in the sauce. Transfer on a serving plate and top with bacon, cheese and parsley.



Creamy Chicken Curry Spaghetti

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS

¼ kilo grams boneless chicken thigh, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, chopped

1 small red bell pepper, chopped

1 small green bell pepper, chopped

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 cup water

1 250ml tetra pack Nestlé All Purpose Cream

4 tablespoons cheese, grated

¼ kilograms spaghetti

1 tablespoon picked cilantro

PROCEDURE

1. Sauté chicken in oil until golden brown. Add garlic, onion, bell peppers, and curry powder. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper.

2. Pour water and simmer. Stir in Nestlé All Purpose Cream and 2 tablespoons of cheese.

3. Boil spaghetti according to package direction. Toss in the sauce and transfer on a serving plate. Grate remaining cheese on top, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
