Father's Approval: A Man's Business

A quick survey of business blogs shows very little talk of the influence of fathers. Paternal absence, rejection, and fatherly abdication are not widely regarded as business topics. Yet, I’m convinced that entrepreneurs’ relationships with their fathers have an immense impact on how they think, the meanings they assign their choices, and their assessment of their own accomplishments.
