Health is important to you. Almost as important as keeping your past, secrets, and those who are unworthy far, far away from you. And let's be honest, that's pretty much every one. You don't fall in love easily, and it seems that others are more drawn to you than you are to them–at least at first. How did you even end up with these people as your friends? Whatever the reason, they're in your life, have burrowed deep into your veins, and you'll protect them with all you have. Wether that be with physical violence, even if you seem out matched, or in a battle of the wits. You're always on their side. You're dependable and prickly. Arrogant but compassionate. You just need to find the right people to look past your "asshole" personality and dig into your layers. Wait, does that mean you're an ogre? Ogres have layers, and so do you, you sexy sex demon! Go forth and find your tribe!

Cade

You're stubborn, hot-headed, and hate to be wrong. But in the right circumstances, with the right encouragement, you'll admit your short comings. Or at least half ass an apology. Your friends mean more to you than you really care to let on, and though you don't care what a whole kingdom of people think of you, you're sensitive to people seemingly hating you for no reason. If they act like they don't like you, you'll give them a reason not to. It's a defense mechanism, because, honestly, you've got issues. Trust issues, commitment issues, insecurities–maybe not physically, but at least when it comes to your personality, which we all know can be obnoxious at times. You're always running because it's all you've ever done. Take a deep breath and remember that, no, not everyone will have your back, but the ones that stick with you through the worst don't deserve to be walked out on because you got spooked. It's time to practice what you preach. You're fast to give advice but slow to take it, even when you know you're being hypocritical. So don that cassock, it's time to go to church!

Valen

You, in short, are a badass. You take psychical health to a whole new level. When some people are running on the treadmill twice a week for 20 minutes, you're flipping tires. Kickboxing? Sounds like a dream to you. Krav Maga? Yeah, learning how to beat up sexual predators sounds like something you'd do in your sleep. Morally, you're a saint. You believe that equal means equal. Freedom means freedom for everyone. No one is better than the other based on sex, status, or race. You hate double standards, misogyny, or the thought of someone being bound to another. You love your freedom and independence. That doesn't mean you're without fault. For preaching independence, you may not know exactly what or where you're going with your life. You might be stuck in one place, bound by duty, guilt, or maybe just even because of strong ties to your friends and family. You have a bit to work out with your future, but you're on the right path. You can be deadly serious when the situation calls for it, but generally, you're laid back and the calmer person in the room. You help others see when they're being immature, politely incorrect, or downright just being a dick. Your friends thank you for that, Oh Voice of Reason. Carry on, good sir/madame.

Finley

You have a heart of gold! In a sea of fish, you are a magical liopleurodon. You're the nice guy (or gal) and even though it means that sometimes you forsake your happiness for others, you aren't unfulfilled in your life. You have very strong family and friend ties, and the ultimate goal is happiness. You find happiness in your friends, family, and doing something that you feel is bettering the world. You're less selfish than the average Joe, though you don't see it. You embarrass easily when people compliment or hit on you, but you like the attention. Not the way a diva would, it's just nice to know that someone out there appreciates you. Your love language is definitely a mix of Word of Affirmation and Acts of Service. Unfortunately, because you love your friends so much, you let them get away with using you sometimes. You give out second, third, nineteenth chances because you always think people can change if you give them the chance. Don't confuse compassion with being a doormat. You'll pull out the big guns if need be. Kill one to save the many resonates with you. You believe in fate, that everything happens for a reason, but you also believe that we have a say in what happens after that. You're not religious. You're 'spiritual.' Maybe that's because you were the Dali Llama in another life. Namaste, little sunspot. You're a shining star on a cloudy night.

Tristan

ALL HAIL THE KING! (OR QUEEN!) You are a leader, but for someone with ultimate power, you're kind, generous, and willing to listen. You don't push your will on other people unless there's a damn good reason, and you don't take sentencing lightly. However, if someone crosses you or your family, you better believe they will feel your wrath, even if you're human. The fact that you've lived so long, magicless, in a magical world speaks volumes. You're smart, ambitious, tenacious. You're a lot like your sister, except much more down to earth. Much calmer. Much more level-headed. You have a lot to teach her! The fact that you've been looking for her for the last 10 years shows the lengths you'll go to to keep family. To you, blood is thicker than anything, even if it's only half as dense. You put on a tougher front than you have to because you can't let people see the real you. At least not anyone outside of your circle. You prefer a small group of close friends you can share all your secrets with to the big crowd of followers that inevitably back you, but having a bunch of people adore you certainly doesn't hurt your self-esteem. People seem to want to be your friend and please you, and because you're no saint, because you're smart, and because you always want more, you use that to your advantage. Manipulate is a strong word, but you will leave key details out of favors you ask others to do for you. But what's the worst that can happen? Guess we'll find out in time...

Blair

You really don't fit closely to any of the characters in book one! Gasp! You are an anomaly, completely and utterly unlike any of the main or side characters! Is that good? We'll leave that up to the gods to decide. Don't lose faith. Just because there's no one like you in book one doesn't mean that someone like you won't pop into the series later on! Valen's story has just begun, and there's so much more to learn! About the gods, about the kingdoms, about her friends, about... Who are we kidding? So much more to learn about Cade! Maybe as his secrets are released onto the pages, so will a character that fits your personality be! For now, bask in the fact that you're different from everyone else and harder to pin down in a character quiz. Or, you know, sob over the fact that you didn't get your favorite character. There's always next time!
