Pre-Workout Smoothie

Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS:

11⁄4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk 11⁄2 bananas


1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


1⁄2 teaspoon cacao powder


2 tablespoons almond butter


2 teaspoons chia seeds


2 tablespoons rolled oats


1⁄2 cup ice


PREPARATION:

  1. Place all ingredients in the bottle of the Goodful On-The-Go Blender. Blend until smooth and remove from blender base.

  2. Enjoy!


Post-Workout Smoothie

Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups spinach


1⁄2 cup frozen pineapple


1 cup coconut water


2 tablespoons (or 1 serving) protein powder 1 tablespoon coconut butter


1 teaspoon flax seeds


PREPARATION:

  1. Place all ingredients in the bottle of the Goodful On-The-Go Blender. Blend until smooth and remove from blender base.
