Vegan Gyoza You Can Sneak On The Plate Of The Pickiest Meat Eater

Quick and easy vegan gyoza ... yes!

Gyoza are like yummy pockets of goodness that Japan exports to the world.

They're crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. What's not to like?

They get even better when you dip them in dipping sauces.

If you're vegetarian, you often have to say no, because they're made with ground pork ... but it's pretty easy to substitute tofu for pork and nobody will be the wiser.

It's a one-pot dish, you cook the filling in the pan, then steam and pan fry them right in the same dish. You can even make them in your dorm room and totally impress your ramen-eating dorm-mates.

    Like, really impress them.

Just watch how easy they are to make ... if the subtitles don't come on, click the CC button in the lower-right corner.
