    Lets be real, everyone around you seems to be getting engaged, or in a long-term relationship, and you're still single! Well, don't let that hold you back!

    Quit LOOKING for a boyfriend/girlfriend, because that's when you start to get anxious about it! Just make the decision to stop looking, and to start enjoying life without that thought looming over your head. Get out more with your friends! Enjoy your precious time in college, the "best years of your life"! Trust me, it will make you a whole lot happier and more carefree!

    1. 1. Dive Into Your Studies More

    I know I know, I sound like your mom, but without the distraction of a boy/girl in your life you have more mental and physical time for your school. Don’t think of college as school, but training for your future career! So dig deep!

    2. Find a Coffee Shop and Make it Your Own

    Explore the area you’re in! Find a coffee shop (or the likes of one) and go a few times a week. Become a regular, meet your barista(s), and get some work done or journal. Theres something so rewarding to just going out, even if its just to get a coffee and sit down for a little while.

    3. Invest More In Your Friendships

    Lets be real, romantic relationships take a lot of time out of your life, so without one you have way more time for your friends! They say the friends you make in college stick around, so really take time to grow closer to your friends.

    4. See What Sort of Activities Are Around You

    If you go to college in/near a city there’s bound to be tons of festivals, and other fun activities going on. Research whats happening around you, and go have some fun! Even if you don't go to college in a city, there has to be towns around that have things.

    5. Take a Weekend Trip

    Whether its with your friends, or family, or what have you, just google close-by places of interest and go! It could be hiking 2 hours away, or a cool city with great food and art only 3 hours away. For only a weekend, it’s affordable and a good way to travel and experience new culture. Especially when you’re tired of campus life!
