6. You don't have to be an expert swimmer

You don't have to have a lot of swim experience to be a Coach! We train our coaches to know exactly how to teach kids to swim. So all you have to worry about is taking care of kiddos and making a fun and safe environment!

5. Flexible schedules

Little Fishes has classes eight hours a day, at two locations, seven days a week, which means you have a lot of options when creating your schedule! You also have the option to switch around your schedule quarterly which is perfect for people in school, working around children's schedules or wanting a great work-life balance!

It doesn't feel like work when you spend your shift playing with toys, singing songs, walking around barefoot and splashing around with kiddos in a colorful work environment!
