RANCH GARLIC KNOTS
INGREDIENTS
1 pound fresh pizza dough
½ cup melted butter
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
¼ cup ranch dressing
¼ cup olive oil
Fresh chopped herbs (italian parsley, dill)
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Combine melted butter, garlic, and ranch dressing. Set aside.
3. Divide dough into 16 (1-ounce) pieces.
4. Roll each piece into a 3-inch log, tie a knot in the center of the log, and bring the ends together to form a knot.
5. Brush knots with olive oil. Let rise for 1 hour.
6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Toss knots with ranch garlic butter and garnish with herbs. Enjoy!
BUFFALO GARLIC KNOTS
INGREDIENTS
