That One Time I Starred In An Indie Film

Butcher the Bakers comes out Spring 2017!

    Story time!

I auditioned for my first indie film in January 2016. The movie was Butcher the Bakers, a new horror comedy movie by Hometown Hero Productions (A Beard In Charge film). I got the part and will be starring alongside Ryan Matthew Ziegler, Sean Welsch, Joe Buckley, Devon Ford and wrestler Mason Beck. Check out the trailer:

Here's the story: Recently fired, a grim reaper with anger issues terrorizes a small town, killing and collecting souls for a purpose only he knows. Sam and Martin, slackers who work at the local bakery, are hired by a mysterious stranger to stop him from killing again. Now they are the only ones who can take out Death before it's too late, but these idiots have no idea what they've walked into.

Now, here's the thing about indie films: More often than not, they're self-funded or funded by the small group who makes the films. In order to keep going, they need to rack in the money at the screenings. So, here's what we need, spread the word about the movie! That's all! Just tell people about the movie and share the trailer around. Follow Hometown Hero Productions on Facebook and get the demand up for more releases when it premieres in 2017! Because only screening at very limited locations near Ottawa, IL! So, if you want to see this movie (WHICH YOU DO!!!) let's get the word out!!

    Team Butcher, ASSEMBLE!!!!!
