Patriots Cornerback Tells Deflategate Haters To "Inflate This"

Brandon Browner hilariously defended his team's monstrous, controversial win over the Colts.

Last night, it was revealed that the NFL had determined that 11 of the 12 footballs the Patriots used during Sunday's AFC Championship were underinflated by a significant amount.

Teams provide 12 footballs bearing their logo that are tested two hours prior to kickoff. The first underinflated ball was noticed when Patriots QB Tom Brady threw a pass that was intercepted by a Colts defender, who then told an official that the ball felt underinflated.

Patriots cornerback Brandon Browner, who joined the team at the beginning of the season, suggested the team would have won anyway:

For my 2cents Blount scored 3 rushing touchdowns. He could've carried a beach ball. Also doesn't hurt we only gave up 7 points #inflatethis

Of course, players for the Colts see the situation a tad bit differently:

@nfl So we get to play the game again or nah? 👀

The NFL's investigation into how the Patriots wound up with only one properly inflated football is ongoing.
