1. Here's what you'll need to decorate the cookies.

Use store-bought sugar cookies, pre-made dough, or your favorite recipe. We like this one. You can buy the small candy eyeballs here and the large ones here.
2. Start by mixing the food coloring and the frosting.


3. Once it's a shade of green you like, frost the cookies, leaving a narrow border around the edges.


4. Top the cookies with large and small candy eyeballs. Eat immediately!


How to make the Monster Sugar Cookies
Makes 24 cookies

INGREDIENTS
2 to 3 tsp. green food coloring
1 ½ cups vanilla frosting
24 sugar cookies
1 package large candy eyeballs (you can buy them here)
1 package small candy eyeballs (you can buy them here)
PREPARATION
Mix the food coloring and the frosting in a medium bowl. Frost the cookies with the icing, leaving a narrow border around the edges. Top with the large and small candy eyeballs. Eat immediately!
