Chocolate Chunk Tahini Blondies

Tahini isn't just for hummus anymore! These tahini blondies, baked to perfection by our LG ProBake oven, are the perfect combination of sweet and salty.

Ingredients:

1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 1 cup sugar

1⁄2 cup brown sugar

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup tahini

4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped

Preparations:

1. Preheat lower oven in LG Combi Wall Oven to 300oF convection bake (or 325oF regular

bake)

2. Grease an 8′′x8′′ pan by spraying with cooking spray and lining it with parchment. Leave

an over-hang of parchment for easy removal.

3. In a large bowl, sift the flour and combine with the salt.

4. Place the butter in a small bowl and melt using the microwave function in the upper

oven.

5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add the

eggs and whisk until combined. Mix in the vanilla extract and tahini.

6. Pour the wet mixture into the flour mixture and fold until combined.

7. Add chopped chocolate, reserving 2 tablespoons, and mix until they are distributed

throughout the dough.

8. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Top with the reserved chocolate

chunks.

9. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 22-23 minutes for a very gooey blondie or 26-28

minutes for one that is more baked through.

10. Sprinkle the top generously with flaky salt.

11. Allow to cool completely and cut into 16 pieces. Enjoy!
