US residents can opt out of "sales" of personal data.
It's not about what you have, it's about what you do.
From their fave foods, to their ideal vacation, and even their very best pet pals, here's what young Americans had to say about what qualities make life good.
When it comes to the best way to begin the day, 51% of respondents preferred a sleep-in. Yep, not a sunrise jog, or manically prepping for the day ahead — more than half the audience said that it's the slow way of living that makes their life feel good.
This was followed up by 19% who said a good book and a cup of coffee was the best way to start the day. Then 18% who thought getting out into nature was best, and finally 12% who chose waking up to a new adventure.
When it comes to their pet pals, 67% of respondents said that a dog brings them the most joy. A further 28% of peeps chose a cat as their number one pet, followed by a teeny 2% for fish and 3% for lizards. To each their own!
For activity time, 56% said eating out with a friend brings them the most happiness. Which makes sense, because food + friendship = pure joy.
Another 28% chose reading the day away as their top pick, followed by 16% who said they get their daily dose of happiness through exercise.
And when it comes to what's on the menu? Well, 52% said that a pizza shared with friends is the food they most want to eat.
While 23% chose something new and exciting, 18% chose to satiate their sweet tooth with a delicious cronut, and 7% went for a hipster-style deconstructed meal.
For happiness-inducing hobbies, 53% of respondents chose swimming as their top pick. The weightlessness of the water, the freedom of being in the sea — it's no wonder that swimming scored so well!
A further 23% said they get their zen from painting, while 17% chose writing, and 7% picked rock climbing.
When it comes to their beverage of choice, a smooth cup of joe took out the top spot, with 46% choosing a traditional coffee. No surprises there, who can refuse a perfectly poured coffee?
This was followed by 26% of respondents who chose the humble cup of tea, 22% who preferred the fanciness of whipped coffee, and only 6% for kombucha.
When it comes to their ideal home, 48% went for a cottage-style estate — something with character and warmth, rather than something flashy and fabulous.
Followed by 27% who said a wooden cabin was best, 18% who selected a mega-mansion, and 7% who craved an adventure home on wheels.
For their dream vacation activity, 41% chose to just soak up the culture of a new city. Another 32% said they'd choose to explore the city on bike, 19% said they'd find a way to experience new music, and 8% who said they'd chase the thrill of adventure.
When it comes to the perfect night out, 36% of respondents said that pub trivia was essential to the evening's activities.
Followed closely by 31% of people who chose a movie night, 22% who wanted to go dancing with friends, and 11% who said the best night out is always karaoke.
When it comes to summing up just what makes a life feel good, 39% of the audience fell into the social connections camp — meaning it's their friends that make the world go round.
Followed by 27% whose passions influence their good life the most, 20% whose creativity is their biggest driver and 14% who chase their good life by following their curiosities.
