A global leader in the fight against blood cancers, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is dedicated to providing hope, connection, and funding for life-saving research. One way LLS is helping to bring light and warmth to the darkness of cancer is through Light The Night. Approximately 1 million people will join Light The Night walks under the warm glow of lanterns to celebrate, honor, and remember those affected by blood cancers.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society also challenged those participating in Light The Night to help raise money so it can continue to fund life-saving research, education, support, policy, and advocacy. This year’s Light The Night Emerging Leaders really went the extra mile this year by collectively raising over $500,000! Learn more about the top five Emerging Leaders below.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

At just 4 years old, during the height of the COVID pandemic, Jarvis was diagnosed with Pre B acute lymphoblastic leukemia. He stayed strong through two years of chemo, physical therapy, and more, and now he's back to running around like an 8-year-old should. His mother has been kind enough to share his story to help inspire us all.
