Unleash your inner creative with marble bookbinding. Using a technique from Japan, create brightly-coloured patterns on card to make your very own book cover.

Why not try monoprinting. Using a simple tracing technique mixed with a bit of free styling, you'll be able to create a professional art print. You can even use whatever image you want, just bring it along.

Learn a bit of history about one of Britain’s most historical industries, Coal Mining at the National Coal Mining Museum. You’ll get fully kitted out before taking a trip 140m below on a guided tour by a former miner.

4. Visit Shakespeare's hometown

Featuring more than 800 years of history there's tonnes to explore in Stratford-upon-Avon. Walk down the River Avon past the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, visit the Mechanical Art & Design Museum and have a peep in the shops- The perfect culture fix.

Join Uni Girls Can and learn how to eat healthily with the first of a few sessions teaching female students and staff how to prepare nutritious meals. You'll even get a chance to try a meal as part of the workshop. Bonus!
