    The gym is a scary, scary place.

    1. You feel like you are going to have a panic attack as soon as you step foot in your gym.

    2. You want to run away immediately after seeing the buff guys in the corner grunting with their weights.

    3. After five minutes on the treadmill, you seriously consider leaving to get some Chipotle.

    4. You don't understand how any of the machines work. It's all a foreign language to you at this point.

    5. You're convinced everyone is staring you, fully aware that you have no idea what you're doing.

    6. The stair master literally looks like Dante's inferno journey through Hell.

    7. You wouldn't dare ask anyone for help, no matter how much help you really need.
