So, while binge-watching all of The Vampire Diaries during quarantine, I came to realize that this show is absolute cinematic ART.
But like any popular TV series, there are also a TON of wildly unpopular opinions.
Like, maybe you firmly believe that Tyler Lockwood was a gazillion times better than Stefan and Damon Salvatore because he's the most consistent character in the series.
Or maybe you thought the best thing to happen to Elena was her magical coma in Season 7.
Perhaps you can't stand Klaus and wished The Originals never even happened.
Heck, maybe you just really wanted Stefan to end up with Elena because they were both doppelgängers and ~meant to be~.
