    It's Been 14 Years Since "High School Musical" Came Out, So Here's What The Cast Looks Like Now

    "What team?!"

    Earlier this year, High School Musical celebrated its 14th anniversary.

    So, in honor of the movie that shaped an entire generation, we decided to round up pictures of the cast in the movie and compare them with photos of the cast now:

    Zac Efron as Troy Bolton

    What he's up to now: Zac has starred in a TON of movies, like Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile; Neighbors; The Greatest Showman; Baywatch; Charlie St. Cloud; 17 Again; Hairspray; The Beach Bum; and The Disaster Artist. He also has a new show on Quibi called Killing Zac Efron and will be voicing Fred in the new animated movie Scoob. Zac also has his own YouTube channel, where he has two recurring series called Gym Time, where he interviews and works out with other famous people, and Off the Grid, where he travels around the world and goes completely off the grid.

    Vanessa Hudgens as Gabriella Montez

    What she's up to now: After HSM, Vanessa appeared in a bunch of movies, including Spring Breakers, Second Act, Beastly, Gimme Shelter, and Bad Boys for Life. She's also been in a few Netflix holiday movies, like The Knight Before Christmas and The Princess Switch trilogy. Vanessa has also done some stage acting. She starred in the musical Gigi on Broadway, played Mimi in the Hollywood Bowl's Rent, and played Maureen in Rent: Live! Currently, she's working on the third Princess Switch movie and the film adaptation of Tick, Tick... Boom.

    Ashley Tisdale as Sharpay Evans

    What she's up to now: After HSM, Ashley kept acting and singing, but began producing TV series as well. She voiced Candace Flynn on Disney's Phineas and Ferb until 2015 and starred in the Netflix series Merry Happy Whatever. She also played a recurring role on Young and Hungry — a show she also produced. Last year, she released her third studio album Symptoms, and right now she's starring on Carol's Second Act. She's also on TikTok and thriving.

    Lucas Grabeel as Ryan Evans

    What he's up to now: Lucas played Toby Kennish on the ABC Family series Switched at Birth and he recently made a cameo on High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. Lucas has also been doing a ton of voice acting on shows like Sheriff Callie's Wild West, Dragons: Race to the Edge, Spirit Riding Free, Pinky Malinky, Elena of Avalor, and Family Guy.

    Corbin Bleu as Chad Danforth

    What he's up to now: After HSM, Corbin played Jeffrey King on One Life to Live. He played small roles in many shows and movies, including The Middle, Chicago Med, Psych, and Walk. Ride. Rodeo. Corbin also made the jump to Broadway and has starred in musicals like In the Heights, Godspell, Holiday Inn, and Kiss Me, Kate. In 2017, he also played Sky in the Hollywood Bowl's Mamma Mia opposite Dove Cameron. He's set to star in the Arena Stage production of Catch Me If You Can later this year.

    Monique Coleman as Taylor McKessie

    What she's up to now: Monique has continued acting and been on shows like The Fourth Door, Here We Go Again, and Guidance. She's also acted in a bunch of movies, including Phobias, Broken Star, and The Outdoorsman. She currently has three projects in the works called The F*** Happened, Witness Protection, and GraceLand.

    Olesya Rulin as Kelsi Nielsen

    What she's up to now: After HSM, Olesya played roles on shows like Greek, Drop Dead Diva, Underemployed, NCIS, The Night Shift, Powers, and SEAL Team. She also wrote a book of poetry called Hounds of Love and she currently runs a blog called Girl Across the BLVD.

    Chris Warren Jr. as Zeke Baylor

    What he's up to now: Chris played Jason Parker on the ABC series Grand Hotel. He has also appeared on shows like The Fosters, The Hard Times of RJ Berger, and Good Luck Charlie.

    KayCee Stroh as Martha Cox

    What she's up to now: After HSM, KayCee appeared on shows like The League; Shapetown, USA; and Andi Mack. She also made a cameo on High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. In 2009, she got married and now she has two adorable daughters. KayCee's also on TikTok!

    Alyson Reed as Ms. Darbus

    Disney Channel, Netflix

    What she's up to now: Alyson is still acting and has been in TV shows like Chance, Unbelievable, Grace and Frankie, How to Get Away with Murder, The Rookie, Silicon Valley, and Modern Family. Last year, she also appeared in Ad Astra and did some voice acting for Netflix's Klaus.

    Bart Johnson as Jack Bolton

    What he's up to now: He's continued acting and has recently had roles on shows like NCIS, All American, Hawaii Five-0, The Client List, Gortimer Gibbon's Life on Normal Street, and The Rookie. He's also set to appear in three upcoming films: Dembanger, Held, and American Paradise.
