    15 Of The Best New And Returning TV Shows Coming December 2021

    I already know I'm gonna binge-watch Season 2 of Emily in Paris in one sitting.

    1. Emily in Paris, Season 2

    Season 2 of this glorious show picks up right after Emily hooks up with Gabriel, aka her new bestie's ex-boyfriend. This season will follow Emily as she battles with her conscience and tries to maintain her friendship with Camille and her ~will they, won't they~ relationship with Gabriel. Of course, be sure to expect some of the most extravagantly colorful clothes with a taste of the beautiful Paris skyline.

    2. The Witcher, Season 2

    After Geralt is convinced Yennefer died at the Battle of Sodden, he decides to bring Princess Cirilla to the safest place he can think of: his childhood home, Kaer Morhen. While Geralt tries to protect Ciri from the evil creatures around them, the biggest feat may be protecting her from her own powers.

    3. Cobra Kai, Season 4


    The almost 40-year rivalry between Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence has officially come to an end...for now. Kreese is back again with his dirty tricks and this time around, Danny and Johnny will join forces (and dojos) to defeat Cobra Kai once and for all. The stakes are higher than ever and it all comes down, once again, to the outcome of the All-Valley Karate Tournament. Thomas Ian Griffith will also return as the infamous Terry Silver from The Karate Kid III.

    4. And Just Like That...

    HBO Max

    The revival you've been waiting for is finally here. Carrie Bradshaw, Charlotte York Goldenblatt, and Miranda Hobbes are all back and better than ever. And Just Like That... follows our favorite Manhattanites as they navigate life in their 50s and all the trials and tribulations that follow. Original Sex and the City cast members like Chris Noth, Willie Garson, Mario Cantone, Evan Handler, and David Eigenberg are all confirmed to return for the series too. And we’re all eagerly awaiting how they’ll explain Samantha’s absence.

    5. Money Heist, Part 5 Vol. 2

    Money Heist's final installment is officially upon us and that means all your questions will (hopefully) be answered once and for all. This part will pick up after Tokyo's tragic and heroic death and the heist crew will have to deal with the aftermath. This last part of the series will be five episodes long and as chaotic and emotional as ever, I promise.

    6. The Book of Boba Fett


    The latest addition to the Star Wars universe follows¬†bounty hunter¬†Boba Fett and his mercenary partner, Fennec Shand, as they claim Tatooine ‚ÄĒ Jabba the Hutt's former territory ‚ÄĒ as their own.¬†

    7. Pen15, Season 2 Part 2

    This part follows Pen15's animated special episode where Maya and Anna took an extremely uncomfy trip to Florida with Anna's dad. Now, the two are officially back at school, Anna's got herself a new fling, and Maya will have to learn how to deal with being the third wheel. This season covers everything from first kisses, to dealing with loss, to running away from home because your parents just don't understand you. Maya Erskine and Anna Konkle never disappoint, and they absolutely shine in this new part. This batch of episodes also marks Pen15's series finale.

    8. Anne Boleyn


    Jodie Turner-Smith stars in this psychological thriller retelling of Anne Boleyn's life and death. The three-part mini-series revolves around the final months before Anne Boleyn is sentenced to death by beheading.

    9. 1883


    1883 is the prequel series to Yellowstone and tells the story of the Dutton family before they founded their infamous Montana cattle ranch. The series follows James and Margaret Dutton as they travel west through America's Great Plains to eventually land in Montana and seek a better life for their descendants.

    10. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Season 15


    Don't fret, because the Paddy's gang is back and better than ever. This time around they reacquaint themselves with their roots and take a group trip to Ireland. We also get the privilege of watching Dee try her hand at acting and Mac considers becoming a priest. It's literally never a dull moment with these guys, and now there's just even more chaos to enjoy.

    11. Harlem

    Tracy Oliver's new series follows four Black best friends from Harlem as they navigate their careers, love lives, and "big city dreams." Meagan Good plays Camille, an anthropology professor at Columbia who has trouble with her own dating life, despite her extensive knowledge of many other cultures' dating norms. Jerrie Johnson plays Tye, a queer dating app creator who prefers to keep her vulnerability to a minimum. Grace Byers plays Quinn, a fashion designer who's trying to give back to the world and keep her business afloat. And Shoniqua Shandai plays Angie, a singer who just also happens to be Quinn's rent-free roommate.

    12. Landscapers


    Olivia Coleman and David Thewlis play spouses in HBO's newest true-crime miniseries. They take on the roles of Susan and Christopher Edwards, who brutally murdered Susan's parents, William and Patricia, and bury them in their backyard. After going nearly undetected for 15 years, Susan and Christopher are finally arrested for what they've done.

    13. Abbot Elementary


    This mockumentary-style series follows Janine Teagues and the rest of the teachers of Abbot Elementary, as they try their hardest to help their students succeed, even when the odds are stacked against them. This series just proves that public school teachers are real-life heroes who deserve so much more credit than they get.

    14. Claws, Season 4


    The final season of Claws returns with a two-hour premiere and things are already getting messy. Desna comes up with a master plan to sell Oxy behind Uncle Daddy's back and suddenly all hell breaks loose. As Desna builds her empire, Uncle gears up for the biggest brawl of his life. Everyone's loyalty is tested and only one person can come out on top, the only question is...who has what it takes to be a boss?

    15. Lost in Space, Season 3


    Lost in Space returns with its third and final season and the stakes are higher than ever before. After being trapped on another planet for a year, Judy, Penny, and Will must lead the rest of the colonists through an evacuation. Just as everyone's hope feels like it's nearly run out, John and Maureen realize they just might be reunited with their family once again. But it won't be easy, and the Robinsons will have to face the biggest alien threat they've ever seen.
