DIY Mint Mocha

Delicious and simple mint mocha with foam <3

What you’ll need //

Cocoa Powder

Sugar

Creamer (liquid or powdered, if desired)

Milk

Fresh mint leaves

Pinch of salt

Coffee

A cup and a microwave safe jar or container with lid.

STEP I //

Take your mint leaves and muddle them in your glass with a spoon ‘till they’re PULVERIZED.

STEP II //

Pour in all the dry ingredients as well as your coffee and mix. (Don’t forget to leave room for the milk + foam.)

STEP III //

Pour a bit of milk into your microwave safe container with lid, and shake the shit out of the milk until it’s frothy and has loads of bubbles. IMMEDIATELY put it into the microwave for 30 - 45 seconds until the milk is hot.

The microwaving stabilizes the milk, making the ‘foam’ hold its shape.

STEP IV //

Gently pour the milk onto the coffee, and scoop out the foam on top. Garnish with cocoa powder and a mint leaf. AND YOU’RE DONE! Pretty fucking easy, right?
