10 Coffee Customers From Hell

Baristas around the world hate these 10 types of customers.

1. "Can I get a uhhhhh..."

No offense, but when you stand there for 5 minutes looking at the menu while other customers are impatiently waiting for their morning coffee it can really get under your baristas nerves, especially when you won't let them help others while you make up your mind.

2. "Big group nightmare"

Its not the big groups that drive us insane, its when they order their drinks separately. Give it to us all at once, we can take it, I promise. Anything else wastes time and takes away from you and any other customers.

3. "Last minute mind changing"

We need to know what you really want. Don't tell us one thing, wait for us to finish the drink and then change your mind. Not only are you wasting time, but money and resources as well! We want what you want.

4. "Know-it-alls"

We are baristas for a reason. We know our shit, so trust us when we tell you something. We won't lie. A cappuccino and a latte are two different things I swear. And yes we really are out of sprinkles.

5. "Buttinskis"

Each customer is equally important. When I'm already helping someone and making their drink, please don't butt in and bombard me with questions, your coffee order and then give me attitude when I let you know i'll be right with you.

6. "Don't compare us to another coffee shop"

We are always open to criticism... But please don't say things like "well at the other place they do this" or "but at Starbucks it tastes like this." Thats just rude. Every place is different.

7. "Do I have to tip you?"

No you don't have to tip me. But don't make it a big deal.

8. "Don't be creepy"

We appreciate the compliments. But don't get weird! Please don't hit on us while we are trying to make your coffee.

9. "What do you mean you don't have...?"

I can definitely make you something close to the unicorn frappe! But again, we aren't Starbucks. Please don't get mad that we don't have all your favorite specialty drinks.

10. "WHAT SIZE!!??"

Ive got small, medium, large, and extra large. You must choose one... Please... Pretty please?!
