Sheet Pan Carnitas Nachos

Sheet Pan Carnitas Nachos

Servings: 8–10

2 packages Kroger Seasoned Pork Carnitas 12 ounces tortilla chips
16 ounces (about 4 cups) shredded cheese Thinly sliced jalapeño
Chopped tomatoes
Sliced scallions
Diced red onion
Diced avocado
Torn cilantro leaves
Sour cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350oF.

  2. Microwave Kroger Seasoned Pork Carnitas according to package instructions. Use two forks to shred carnitas in the container. Repeat with the second package. Set aside.

  3. Spread out an even layer of tortilla chips on a 10 x 15-inch sheet pan. Add a layer of carnitas and a layer of cheese. Repeat layers of chips, carnitas, and cheese two more times.

  4. Bake in oven for 5–7 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  5. Remove from oven and top with jalapeño, tomatoes, scallions, red onion, avocado, cilantro, and dollops of sour cream. Enjoy immediately!
