Turkey Pesto Pinwheels

Ingredients:
Pesto Hummus
- ½ cup plain hummus
- ¼ cup fresh pesto
Turkey Pinwheels
- 4 slices Market & Mill Artisan Style Rustic Potato Bread
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 4 slices white cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces Kroger Nitrate Free Turkey Breast
- Kroger® Toasty Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers, for serving
- 2 Kroger celery stalks, cut into sticks, for serving
- 10 Kroger baby carrots, for serving
Directions:
Pesto hummus: Mix hummus and pesto together until well incorporated.
Using a rolling pin, roll out each slice of Market & Mill Artisan Style Rustic Potato Bread until thin and flexible.
Spread some pesto hummus on each rolled out slice of bread and reserve remaining hummus.
Place some baby spinach, a white cheddar slice, and 1 ounce Kroger Nitrate Free Turkey Breast on each slice of bread and roll up.
Slice the bread roll-ups into small pinwheels and place into a container.
Serve with Kroger® Toasty Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers, and the carrots and celery sticks with remaining pesto hummus as a dip.
Turkey Club Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
Wrap
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 pound Kroger Nitrate Free Turkey Breast
- 8 strips thick cut bacon, cooked
- 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Kroger® Mozzarella String Cheese, for serving
- Kroger orange slices, for serving
Directions:
Carefully remove individual leaves from the iceberg head, rinse and dry.
Place 2 leaves on top of each other and top with sliced turkey, sliced tomato, bacon, and a drizzle or swipe of mayo. Roll up, and slice down the middle. Repeat 3 more times.
Serve with Kroger® Mozzarella String Cheese and a side of Kroger orange slices.
**Note: Roll the lettuce from side to side instead of root to top to keep it intact better!
Turkey Ranch Cucumber Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 package ranch seasoning packet
- 1 cucumbers
- 3 ounces Kroger Nitrate Free Turkey Breast
- Kroger Red Grapes, for serving
- Kroger Banana, for serving
Directions:
Mix together softened cream cheese and ranch packet. (This can be done a day ahead.)
Slice cucumber in half on the equator and then carefully slice the halves into planks.
Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch cream cheese on turkey slices, fold slices, and place inside the cucumber.
Serve with Kroger red grapes and a banana.
**Note: It is best to spread the cream cheese on the turkey as it does not spread easily on the cucumber.

- 4 slices cheese, cut into the size of a cracker
- 1 sliced apple
- 1 small bunch of grapes
- 1 handful carrot sticks
- 10 crackers
- 2 ounces hummus
- Kroger® Fruit & Grain Strawberry Cereal Bars
Directions:
Arrange all ingredients nicely in a box except hummus which should be served on the side in a different container.
