Brush both sides of zucchini boats with 2 tablespoons Private Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Season with kosher salt.Place zucchini on grill, boat side down. Grill for 4–5 minutes or until grill marks appear. Flip and cook the other side for 3–4 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
