
Ingredients
* 36 fresh chicken wings
* 3 tablespoons sea salt
* 3 tablespoons paprika
* 1 1⁄2 tablespoon garlic powder
* 1 1⁄2 cup flour
* Assorted Presidents Choice WIng and BBQ sauces
* Vegetable oil for frying
Wing Party Preparation
Combine salt, paprika and garlic powder. Toss wings in seasoning mix and divide into 3 bunches of (12).
Fried wings
#1 Preheat a saucepan with 2” neutral vegetable oil to 340
#2 Toss wings in flour. Fry in batches until wings are golden brown and cooked (160)
#3 Drain on paper towels. Toss in sauces of your choice
Roasted Wings
#1 Preheat oven to 450
#2 Place wings on a rack over a baking sheet, roast for 18-20 minutes, rotate and cook an additional 10 minutes or until wings are browned an fully cooked (160 degrees).
#3 Toss in sauces of your choice
Grilled Wings
#1 Preheat grill to med-high heat
#2 Cook wings making sure to turn until they are evenly cooked (about 18-20 minutes).
