1. Rainbow Cereal Treats

INGREDIENTS:

3 Tbsp. butter

10-oz. bag mini marshmallows

5 cups Kroger® Fruit Rings Multi-Grain Cereal

DIRECTIONS:

Line a 9"x13" baking pan with parchment paper or cooking spray. Melt butter and marshmallows in a large pot over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and gently fold in cereal. Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and allow to cool before serving.

2. Technicolor Hummus Board

INGREDIENTS:

2 Private Selection® Mediterranean Herb Hummus

¼ cup cooked beets

2 avocados

Private Selection® Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Veggies and chips to serve

DIRECTIONS:

Add one tub of Mediterranean Herb Hummus and cooked beets into a food processor. Blend until smooth and pinkish color appears. Repeat this process with the second tub of Mediterranean Herb Hummus and avocados to create a light green hummus. Serve each hummus in a small bowl alongside Red Pepper Hummus and your favorite colorful veggies and chips.

3. Bright Blue Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

3 frozen bananas

1 tsp. blue spirulina powder

⅔ cup Simple Truth® Almond Milk

Toppings:

Sliced mango

Raspberries

Simple Truth Organic™ Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

DIRECTIONS:

Add bananas, blue spirulina powder, and milk into your blender. Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy, then transfer to your serving bowl. Top with your favorite fresh fruits or toppings for a beautiful breakfast.

4. Colorful Garden Pizza

INGREDIENTS:

1 package premade pizza dough

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. minced garlic

Kroger® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Kroger® Mini Sweet Peppers (sliced into rings)

Red and yellow cherry tomatoes (sliced in half lengthwise)

Black olives (sliced into rings)

Basil leaves

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven according to dough package directions. Next, lightly flour your work surface and roll out dough. Leave a ½" border for the crust and spread olive oil and minced garlic onto dough. Sprinkle on about ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, then arrange your veggies into a floral design. Use bell peppers and tomatoes for petals, olives as the flower center, and basil as leaves. Or just get creative! Bake your pizza for about 12 minutes or until your crust is golden.

5. Sunset Popsicles

INGREDIENTS:

Simple Truth® Orange Pineapple Juice

Orange juice

Pink lemonade

Note: Quantity of ingredients based on popsicle mold size.

DIRECTIONS:

First, fill up ⅓ of popsicle molds with pineapple juice to create the yellow layer. Place mold in freezer for about 30 minutes until the yellow layer is slightly frozen, fill another third of the mold with orange juice, then return to the freezer. Once the orange juice layer is slightly frozen, fill the rest of the mold with pink lemonade and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours, then enjoy your sweet treat.

6. Rainbow Veggie Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

Private Selection® 12-Grain Sliced Wide Pan Bread

Hummus

Red pepper

Tomato

Carrots

Kroger® Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices

Lettuce

Avocado

Shredded red cabbage

DIRECTIONS:

Spread hummus onto two slices of bread. Then assemble your sandwich in rainbow order: red peppers, tomato, carrots, cheddar cheese, lettuce, avocado, and finally shredded red cabbage. Secure your colorful creation with a toothpick.

7. Tie-Dye Waffles

INGREDIENTS:

Kroger® Complete Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix

Food coloring

Whipped cream

Sprinkles (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Prepare waffle batter according to packaging, then separate equally into four bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and stir. Spray waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray and add your colored batter in any pattern you prefer. Cook waffle for 2–3 minutes, then top with whipped cream and sprinkles!
