Tell Us Which "Surprise" Plot Twists Are No Longer Surprising Because They've Become Way Overused

I'm so tired of characters who break up with their perfect match just so they can get back together with their ex from years ago!

When you're watching a movie or TV show, there's nothing more annoying than an "unexpected" plot twist that you've already seen done a million other times.

Warning: Spoilers ahead!

For example, when a character's secret identical twin shows up in Act 3, and suddenly the mystery makes sense, like in Glass Onion and Pretty Little Liars.

Or when the main character breaks up with or loses their perfect match, just so they can get back together with their ex last minute, like on How I Met Your Mother and Never Have I Ever.

Or when a beloved character is killed off, seemingly just for shock value, like in nearly every Marvel movie in recent memory.
