How To Survive The Holidays At Your Parents' House

Sure, you love your family! That doesn't mean they're always the easiest to deal with. Find everything you need to survive the holidays at Kohl's!

Despite the fact that you're over the age of 14, your parents still feel the need to start Christmas day festivities at 7 a.m. Ugh.

So it's dinnertime, and you get stuck sitting next to Uncle George. For some reason, every story starts with the line "Have I told you the one about..." Yes, Uncle George, you have.

Your mom feels the need to play charades with the entire family to "bring them all together." You feel the need to find an empty room somewhere and relax.

Your 16-year-old cousin thinks you're the perfect person to get advice from about "Davey from Chemistry." You really couldn't care less.

Your mother-in-law is guilt-tripping you into spending more time with her, despite the fact that she is mostly just talking about your terrible cooking skills.

Despite the fact that your childhood bedroom is filled with posters of the New Kids on the Block, you were really looking forward to some alone time in there for a while. Well ... that's not going to happen.

You received a new Nintendo game for Christmas and really want to play it. Unfortunately, house rules are golden: Sharing is caring.

Your mom is busy cooking dinner, and she just doesn't understand "why the heck you can't help out, just this once?"

Your father insists that A Very Polka Christmas is quality entertainment. You, however, do not.

You could have stayed in a lovely bed and breakfast, but you stayed with your parents instead. They really missed you!
