Sir Bruce Forsyth has died at the age of 89, the BBC has announced.
As soon as the news was revealed, people from the world of showbiz flooded social media with heartfelt tributes, including his Strictly Come Dancing colleague Claudia Winkleman.
He was the King of TV, the Prince of performers and the most generous of people... all toe-tapping twinkle, all kindness, all love....
