Cheese-Stuffed Teriyaki Burger

CHEESE-STUFFED TERIYAKI PINEAPPLE BURGER
Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS:
* 2 pounds ground beef
* Salt, optional
* 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
* 2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
* 4 slices of mozzarella
* 4 slices of pineapple
* 4 slices of red onion
* 4 brioche buns
* 4 pieces bacon, cooked
* 1⁄2 cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce. Divide meat into 8 equal balls.
3. Shape the balls into burgers. Fold a slice of mozzarella in half and then in half again. Place the mozzarella square in the middle of a burger, then top with another burger. Pinch the edges closed to form one uniform burger.
4. Grill burgers for 3–4 minutes on both sides until cooked through. Grill pineapple, onion, and cut sides of brioche buns.
5. Brush buns and burgers with Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original.
6. Layer burgers on buns. Top with bacon, a slice of grilled onion, and grilled pineapple. Place bun on top and serve!
