Coffee coffee coffee! Ah the addictive beverage that wakes you up in the morning and keeps you going during the day, but is it for everyone? In my point of view, it’s ridiculous that someone can get hooked on such a tantalizing smell that has a bitter taste that tastes so right, okay I am starting to see why it is so hook line and sinker when you just had a cup of joe. But is it worth it? I mean I have heard the side effects of this addictive drink; stunt of growth, bad breathe and of course the yellowing of your pearly whites.

Caffeine, it is in a lot of the food we love to eat that is bad for you. Take for example the Mochaccino that you get at your local Starbucks, sure it is sweet, flavorable foamy goodness but it is not the only way you can wake yourself up in the morning. Take my breakfast for example, I eat cheese, fruit, and a carbohydrate such as a biscotti or a scone. Yes I know there is a huge calorie intact but that passed the point that I am trying to make.

There is an other hot beverage that you can drink that does not have caffeine in it, and I am talking about tea. Sure you have your Matcha, Black tea that is filled with caffeine but it is not a necessary thing you that need to help you wake up in the morning, you can go out side and go for a jog, do some yoga or my way to wake up in the morning is by laughing at last night’s talk show bits that make you wake up with a laugh or two.

Okay okay I admit to a bit of hypocrites I eat chocolate in the morning. Chocolate has a tasty tang that can brighten up my whole morning. Sure my teeth is in danger of cavities but the sweet bitter taste of a corner of a chocolate bar does wonders for me. I guess what I am trying to say is that is a matter of point of view. Being self righteous about the addictiveness of caffeine puts me at a stalemate once I get going of lushness seductive flavor of the rich dark chocolate, guess what I am trying to get across is that it is all up to you. now excuse me as I go to my local chocolate store to buy some of the sweet stuff.
