Last month, the UK's Army Cadet Force tweeted a recruitment poster that featured a quote by Mahatma Gandhi.
The quote was: "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others."
The tweet went largely unnoticed until this week, when a few people pointed out how inappropriate the quote was in the context of army recruitment.
People quickly noted how ironic they thought the poster was, on so many levels.
For example, that a quote by a pacifist was being used for army recruitment purposes.
As well as the fact that Gandhi was a very vocal supporter of nonviolence.
And that he fought against the British Army as the leader of the Indian independence movement.
Other people just took the piss.
Basically, everyone had one question.
