For the second time in history, France has won the World Cup.

The match favorites beat the underdog Croatia 4-2, joining the ranks of 8 teams since 1930 who've ever won a world cup.

Interestingly, 2018 marks the 3rd consecutive World Cup that's EA's FIFA videogame has correctly predicted the winner of (although they did say in a 4-3 victory over Germany).

The #InMyFeelingsChallenge off Drake's new song of the same name (also dubbed #DoTheShiggy or #The ShiggyChallenge by the dance's creator), has reached its cultural zenith.

While celebrities including Odell Beckham Jr., James Harden, and Ciara were all caught doing their best Shiggy, Drake himself personally gave the crown to none other than the Fresh Prince himself, who was caught Shiggying on a bridge in Budapest.

I'm not joking, the best thing on TV Friday Night was over 2 hours of C-Span footage where FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok was GRILLED by a joint Judiciary and Oversight Committee.

The testimony featured insults thrown in both directions, rules made up on the spot, Congressmen and women refusing to yield their time in appropriate manner, and several direct references to Strzok's affair with FBI attorney Lisa Page. All to determine whether Strzok had somehow compromised Robert Mueller's investigation into the Trump/Russia election collusion.

While the drama is definitely entertaining, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone on either side of the aisle that believes anything productive happened, so in a sense the American voters are the biggest losers here....sad.
