    1. A roll-up drying rack because thoroughly washing your fruits and veggies can be so much work. It's honestly super convenient to have when you need somewhere to put your wet produce; and then leave it to dry when you're done.

This rack is also great for drying dishes!

Promising review: "We started a vegetable garden last year and our yield was incredible, at times overwhelming. I had seen this before but waited too long to try it, so after putting up with using the same colander over and over a decided to try this rack instead. I love this rack because in a tight space you can make an extra countertop, or put a colander on top of, or use at the same time as two straining devices. My favorite thing about it though is it allows for better spacing for what you're rinsing off, and not trapping water. Lately for making deviled eggs, rinsing and cooling those off with the exposure to air below. I should have bought this sooner!" —Laniidae

Get it from Amazon for $9.99+ (available in six sizes and two colors).

    2. A five-blade mandolin slicer I'm sure you'll appreciate if you want to cut down on your prep time in the kitchen. Just don't move too fast, otherwise you might get sliced.

Promising review: "I've been wanting a mandolin forever and finally decided to order it. I'm so glad I did! This machine is amazing, giving me professional cuts at home. The blades are so precise (and sharp!) it takes no time at all. My husband even remarked that the different styles of cuts looked cool. I managed to shave a batch of Brussels sprouts in record time where before I had to finely chop them all by hand. I keep finding reasons to use it because I have so much fun. I would recommend getting some gloves that prevent cuts, just in case, because it is really sharp. But overall I wish I had bought this sooner. Highly recommend it." —Tammie I.

Promising review: "Wished I had bought these sooner! So much better than any of the plastic/rubberized ones that stain. These metal strainers do not move around and they catch so much gunk that doesn't go down the drains now. Easy to clean in the sink with a brush or throw them in the dishwasher on occasion to clean. I've had these for a few months now and they are just as shiny as the day I bought them and they keep so much debris from going down the drains. Very useful items." —RSU

Promising review: "My wife and I have been using a french press for over 25 years. The problem was we had a large one from another company that wouldn't quite make enough coffee for both our consumption which caused a second pot to have to be made. Not only do we make less than the total press capacity, but we have the option to make more than we usually make if we need to (like a rough night!) Also the press seems to keep the coffee a lot hotter while it is brewing....this was noticeable on the first day we used it!
